Early life and background
Born on 16th September, 1970, in Lulling, Texas, Tamron was brought up by mother Mary Newton and her step-father. Her step father was a very caring and loving man. He inspired Hall to become a journalist. Post her schooling, she got admitted to Temple University where she studiedBroadcasting Journalism through Bachelors of Art degree.

She started her career through KTVT, situated in Fort Worth, Texas. 1997-2007 was the period where she served under WFLD-TV. This was in Chicago, Illinois. Being a past resident of Chicago, she covered in details issues and topics related to Chicago politics. She has worked at different positions while working for WFLD, as a consumer reporter, general project reporter and s the anchor of a 3 hour episode in Fox News.
