Early life and education
Virat Kohli was born on November 05, 1988 in Delhi to Prem Kohli and Saroj Kohli. His father was a criminal attorney while his mother is a housewife. He has two older siblings, one brother, Vikash and one older sister, Bhavna.
Kohli did his schooling from Vishal Bharti Public School. He was later admitted to the West Delhi Cricket Academy in the year 1998. Kohli lost his father on December 18, 2006 due to brain stroke and it was a rough patch for the Kohli family.
