After completing his school education, he enrolled in the Hindu College, Delhi University and earned the bachelor’s degree in Sociology. Arnab completed his master degree in Social Anthropology from Oxford University in the year 1994. In the year 1995, Arnab Goswami started his career with “The Telegraph” in Calcutta. He served the newspaper approximately for a year. Later he shifted his focus to television journalism and joined the network “NDTV 24*7”. Initially, he used to host daily newscasts and did reporting for “New Tonight”. In subsequent years, he acquired the position of news editor and became a part of the core team. Arnab started hosting the program “Newshour” every weekend.
