Margot Robbie is a popular Australian actress who is best known for starring in some of the most popular Australian independent films that were released back in the late 2000s. Margot Robbie was born on July 02, 1990 in Dalby, Queensland which is located in Australia to Serie Kessler and Doug Robbie. Her mother is a much known psychiatrist and her father was a former owner of a farm. She has three siblings, two brothers, Lachlan and Cameron and one sister, Anya. Robbie didn’t have the best childhood days and rather was filled with struggles.
Robbie and her siblings were solely raised by her mother and were not in that much contact with their father. By the age of 16, she was working three part time jobs to make the ends meet. She pursued drama for her bachelor degree and graduated from Somerset College. Robbie finally relocated to Melbourne to pursue her career as a professional actress.

Robbie started her career with the two feature films that she starred in, I.C.U and Vigilante. Her next appearance was in the soap opera Neighbourhood where she starred in a guest role but soon started appearing as a regular cast member. She was also part of the show Talkin’ ‘Bout Your Generation which appeared on Network Ten.
She soon relocated to Los Angeles for better career opportunities and even auditioned for the role in Charlie’s Angels but was selected for the role in the television series Pan AM instead. She got her big screen break with Richard Curtis’ About Time which became a hit grossing over $87 million.
The rave started when it was rumoured that she has been selected in the casting of the movie The Wolf of Wall Street opposite Leonardo DiCaprio and Jonah Hill. The film was released on 2013 and was one of the highest grossing movies of the year. She was applauded and praised by the critics for her acting in the movie.
